"do you love your guns?" (yeah) "god?" (yeah) "the government?" (fuck yeah)

The good old Gun. Why do we love them so much and does the average American really need one?  And should we blame the gun or person for a murder and does violent video games cause us to go out and kill? I will go into all of this and give my opinion on the matter.

Now I believe that if you are in the armed forces or a police officer then yes you should have a gun. Or if you hunt for sport or fun (which I believe is not necessary but to each their own) ok. But the average American a handgun yes, and other sort of arms no. BUT, BUT THE SECOND AMENDMENT SAYS THAT ITS OK FOR ME THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS!!!! Ok then lets look at the Second Amendment.

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Ok it does say that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. But see that first part.  A well regulated militia. Back then we did not have the military that we have now. The well-regulated militia referred to in the Second Amendment was, in fact, the 18th-century equivalent to the U.S. Armed Forces. So with that it does NOT really give the average American the right to bear arms. So that's out the window.

So again WHY does the average American need again? WELL I NEED ONE TO PROTECT MY FAMILY AND HOME. This one is a tough one for me. As long as its one and only one handgun then yes. You do not need shotguns, assault rifles and the likes. There is no need. Most sane people will choose there life over some stupid item.

Now with the whole thing about gun violence. We have the most Homicide Rate, We are a one of the top developed countries in the world. We are a super power but we act like we are a third world country. We are better then this to go around killing each other of stupid shit.

I have also heard people blame gun violence on Video games (yet this same group put this out:)

Yea its not true. There are alot of people that play video games that are not going to go out and kill people. I really hate when they say that.

DON'T BLAME THE GUN, BLAME THE PERSON!!! Yes and no. Yea people with mental issues should not have access to guns but again they do. I really believe that we should have better mental health care in this country. It is horrible. If it was better alot of people would not go out in kill.


I think that we should ban any thing that is not a hand gun or a hunting rifle. Again why does a person need anything else. And it should only be one each of those guns for each person. There is no need for a person to have like 5 guns. Not necessary. I also think it should be harder to get a gun. You should have a psych test done on you. And those that have guns should keep them locked up so kids and teenagers don't get into them and they should teach their kids gun safety.  Guns are not toys and they should not be treated like one.

My top 10 Favorite Florida Panthers games of 2011-12

Here are my top 10 fav. Panthers games of 2011-12. They are in order by the date they were played.

1. October 8, 2011 Florida Panthers 2  New York Islanders 0
This was the first game of the year and of the new team playing as a team. The Panthers add 15 new face to the team during the off-season.




2. October 8, 2011 Florida Panthers 7 Tampa Bay Lightning 4
In this game the Panthers tied a team record by scoring 5 Power Play goals.



3. October 29th, 2011 Florida Panthers 3 Buffalo Sabres 2
The Panthers were down 2-1 with 4 minutes to play and came back with 2 goals in a 2 minute 15 second span to win the game.



4. November 15, 2011 Florida Panthers 6 Dallas Stars 0
In this game the Panthers absolutely dominated the Stars. It was a really fun game to watch and at the end you hear them say that a few rats have made the ice. My buddy Murph was at the game and throw a few on the ice.



5. November 21, 2011 Florida Panthers 4 New Jersey Devils 3
The Panthers fell behind 3-0 after the first 9 minutes of the game. It really didn't look good for them. But they came back and won it 4-3. I was a very exciting game and is my top 3 fav. games of the year.



6. December 8, 2011 Florida Panthers 2 Boston Bruins 0
Florida played a great game in this one and earned a hard fought win against a team that was very hot at that time of the season. I saw this game at Dave and Busters. It was the first time I had gone there since they opened. I went with a few friends from Target to watch the game.



7. January 21, 2012 Florida Panthers 4 Winnipeg 3 SO
This game went to 7 shootout rounds before the Panthers were able to put it away and win it. I was keeping up with this game at Dave and Busters. I went there with Melissa and a few good friends fromn Target that I was still friends with to celebrate my new job at Dave and Busters.



8. March 15, 2012 Florida Panthers 6 Boston Bruins 2
The Panthers crushed the little cubbies in this one.



9. March 17, 2012 Florida Panthers 3 Buffalo 2 SO
For the first time since 2008 that the Panthers had won more then 3 games in a row and they did it in the shootout which they had problems winning all year.



10. April 7, 2012 Florida Panthers 4 Carolina 1
For the first time in Florida Panthers history they won their division which won them a date with the New Jersey Devils in the first round of the playoffs. The same opponent they played when they last made the playoffs back in the 1999-00 season.

This is the song that allowed me to cry when my grandmother pass away. I was at Best Buy opening up the media department on the following Sunday and I just broke down into tears when this played.

1.  Another Year Has Gone By

Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.

Anger kills. I have had issues with it my whole life. When I was younger whenever my parents got angry they would usually take it out on me and my brothers. I remember several times when my father was mad and he would hit us with the paddle that we had or any other item he could find. There was this one time that we were up in Vermont in my grandfathers sisters house and I believe that we had woke up early and we were too loud or something and he line up me and my two younger brothers and started hitting each of us for like 5 minutes. And then there was this other time when me and my brother John had rode just a little faster then my brother Dan and Dan told my father so he whipped me with a belt. Earlier in the day him and my mother were trying to get a loan or something at the bank and I don't think it went all that well. So yea I really didn't have good role models for how to deal with anger.

When I got older I would get angry at things and would try to just let it go but could not. Like there are times when something as little as me losing something and Ill get so mad I think I'm going to go on a murdering spree. Or if I am losing in a game I will go berserk.

The area where it has really affected me is work. Something like as stupid as me fucking up or when someone does something stupid. What will happen is instead of just letting it go Ill let it stay there and build up with every other little thing that happens intill i have this murderous angry in me and then it affects my work even more and then I make mistakes and get even more angry. Sometimes I get so angry that I have shortness of breath. It has cause me alot of sleepless nights. When I was on overnights at CVS I had major anger issues there. With the fact I couldn't adjust to it, the fact that the people I worked with sucked, with having to take in the delivery, and how I was starting to hate people cause my anger to get worse and cause me not to be able to sleep. I had gone days with out it. It got so bad that I had to go to the hospital for it.

I really believe that it has cost me to move up as fast as I could at my current job. I just got so mad sometimes in the kitchen that I think I'm going to do this one day

One of the other sources of my anger is at Christainy. I grow up in a Fundamentalist Christian home.It really was a messed up upbringing.(I will go into that in another blog). So I decide to go the other route and be a Satanist. People were not accepting of me. So I got angry at Christians. In the beginning I was indifferent to them but they could not accept me for what I was so it built to where it is now and my anger so bad toward it I just can't be accepting toward them. It has also ruined Christmas for me. (and retail did that too).

In the end the worst thing it has done has cause me to lose or not have friends. People don't like to be around angry people all the time and I don't blame them. I hate being around me too. I don't like being angry all the time. I just want to be happy and relaxed. It really sucks having anger issues. I really want to get over my anger. I know I can't do it on my own. I do have a great wife that can help me and a few friends that will help to get better but in the end I have to go see my therapist again and have to will power to beat this. I know I can.
